After dealing in raw materials and used machines, especially in the recycling market, for more than thirty years, we decided, for the first time, to start our own production in 2003.

How does something like that happen? In most cases, almost by itself – but only just almost:

The first point was that, in our opinion, we can use the experience gained in trading and processing plastic materials in other areas too. The second aspect is our solid know-how of the technical requirements.
The ultimate deciding factor, however, was that we provided a renowned riding arena construction firm with technical support and consultancy over the course of many years.
We therefore knew about the demands placed on equestrian mats and also the technical requirements for a successful production.
So, we sat down together and made plans. The result is our plastics press works in Kodersdorf, Saxony, Germany, with a total of 20 employees and a monthly production volume of app. 14,000 mats, which is equivalent to a weight of app. 300 tonnes.
Due to the high quality of our riding arena mats, our first products were implemented in Germany, Spain, Greece, Russia, Malaysia, etc.
Today, we produce for our customers around the world.
Our target is to produce 10,000 tonnes of PVC (app. 450,000 mats = app. 450,000 sqm of equestrian flooring)

By now, we offer a wide range of plastic products, including:

Riding arena mats
Holed mats
Borders
Stable mats / box mats
Reining mats / western mats
Lawn grid / paddock grid
Greenhouse mats
Hockey mats

The use of PVC plastic material for our products was a conscious decision because its excellent properties precisely fulfil the exacting requirements we have for our products. We do not use rubber in our products because, in our opinion, this material has more negative than positive properties in the equestrian area.
